Last week, Jimmy's No. 43 hosted a very special event attended by NY State farmers, NYC restaurant food buyers, representatives of non-profits and foundations, and farm distribution experts.
Farmers in northern New York had expressed concern over the lack of distribution opportunities in NYC restaurants, so we invited them to come down and have a discussion. Lucy's Whey, Fatty Crab, Fatty Cue, Print, Joe Doe, Co., The Spotted Pig, and Bobo were all in attendence. Stay tuned for more!
