We've had some requests for a Vegetarian Beer Dinner. Brian McEwing, importer of tiny Belgian beer importer 12% Imports has obliged to take on the challenge.This coming Tuesday, August 11 with seatings from 6:00-10:00 PM.
This dinner features five great, rare, Belgian beers paired with five simple dishes sourced from local farmers.
Kunik goat cheese w/ roasted peaches, toasts
Treviso radichio braised w/ Belgian ale, pistachios
Pasta w/ braised purple carrots, aged sheep's cheese
Summer squash gratin w/ garlic bechamel
Spelt, corn ,and roasted white beets
And for dessert: ginger snap cookies, fruit tarts
