Schlenkerla Beer Dinner

Jimmy’s No. 43 is extremely proud to be hosting a very special Schlenkerla beer dinner on Monday, November 15th 7 PM. Chef Wolfgang Theil, from the historic Schlenkerla brewpub in Bamberg Germany, is preparing a traditional four course meal using locally-sourced ingredients, specially paired with four select beers. Tickets are $55 (includes drinks, food, tax, and tip) and can be purchased at The menu will include:

Handmade Schlenkerla Smoked Sausages with sweet cabbage and dark bread,
paired with Schlenkerla Smoked Wheatbeer

Traditional Franconian potato soup with bits of bacon,
paired with Helles Schlenkerla Lager

Bamberg style onion with mushed potatoes and smoke beer sauce,
paired with the classic Schlenkerla Rauchbier Marzen

Marinated fruits with “Nurnberg style Lebkuchen”,
paired with Schlenkerla Oak Smoke

To begin the festivities, Jimmy’s No. 43 will be running a Schlenkerla raffle: every Schlenkerla beer you purchase in the weeks leading up to the dinner gets you a raffle ticket. Five lucky winners will get a private sausage-making lesson led by Chef Wolfgang Theil!

St. Feuillien and Green Flash Collaborate!

Dominique Friart from St. Feuillien visited Jimmy's No. 43 this week! We will be pouring their collaboration with Green Flash Brewing this weekend! Two small Belgian and Californian breweries team up for a great beer!
